The 21-year-old American violinist has recently been brought to international attention by winning several prestigious violin competitions. These wins include the Buenos Aires International Violin Competition in Argentina, the Yehudi Menuhin Young Violinists International Competition in Norway, and the International Tchaikovsky Competition in Russia. Nigel met with Sergei Kuznetsoff to share his impressions about the 2011 Tchaikovsky Competition and his experiences during his trip to Russia.

CONROE, Tx (April 12, 2012) - International renowned pianist and newest music adjunct faculty member at Lone Star College-Montgomery, Sergey Kuznetsov will perform a free concert on Friday, April 27, at 7:30 p.m., in the Recital Hall, located in the college's Music Hall (Building H). This concert is open to the entire community.
"I feel very fortunate and happy to join the wonderful faculty at the college,” said Kuznetsov, who has performed extensively throughout the world, both as soloist and chamber musician. “It is a privilege to work with people who are so passionate about music and arts.”
